Must Have :

Must-Have LAN Switching & WAN Routing knowledge, Network protocols (BGP, OPSF , EIGRP ), VLANs, SDWAN concepts and Palo Alto Firewall Security principles, F5 Load balancer and Arista Switching

- Provide Level 3 support for Aruba wireless and Switching, handling escalated issues from L1 and L2 teams
- . • Provide Level 3 (L3) support for SD-WAN solutions, handling escalated issues from L1 and L2 teams.
- • Provide Level 3 (L3) support for Arista Networking, handling escalated issues from L1 and L2 teams.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related to SD-WAN, BGP, OSPF, IPSec, QoS, and application-aware routing.
- • Deploy, configure,



and manage Versa Director, Versa Analytics, and Versa Controllers.
- • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement proactive solutions to enhance SD-WAN performance.
- • Design and optimize SD-WAN policies, traffic engineering, and security postures. •
- Collaborate with network architects and engineers for network design, migration, and upgrades
- . • Work with automation tools (Python, Ansible, or Terraform) to streamline SD-WAN operations.
