Team Lead IT Staffing Delivery

The Team Lead – IT Staffing Delivery will be responsible for leading the recruitment delivery team and ensuring successful execution of IT staffing requirements. The role focuses on driving hiring performance, managing client interactions, maintaining high client satisfaction, and achieving delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters for IT staffing and contract hiring requirements
- Manage assigned client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for delivery-related activities
- Handle end-to-end delivery for IT staffing requirements across assigned accounts
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and expectations
- Drive sourcing strategies, submissions, interviews, and closures within defined timelines
- Ensure quality of profiles and adherence to client expectations and compliance standards
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal recruitment teams
- Monitor team performance,



delivery metrics, SLAs, and hiring targets
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding pipeline, interview feedback, and closures
- Support team members with guidance, training, and issue resolution
- Identify opportunities for account growth and additional business through strong delivery performance
- Track recruitment progress, pipeline status, and delivery reports
