- 1 to 4years of relevant experience in US Healthcare RCM
- Hands-on exposure to Payment Posting processes

Key Responsibilities
Payment Posting:
- Accurately post payments received from insurance companies and patients
- Handle EOBs, ERAs, adjustments, and denials
- Identify underpayments and discrepancies
- Maintain accuracy and meet productivity benchmarks
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare billing workflows
- Valuable understanding of medical billing terminologies
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
