- Attend calls related to Rational Oven installation, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct site visits to diagnose problems and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Graduate degree in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to current technologies and processes.
- Familiarity with the Cement/Construction/Engineering/Metals/Steel/Iron industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
