Job Description AR Caller (Experienced)

Experience: 6 Months 5+ Years in AR Calling / US Medical Billing

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with US insurance companies on outstanding medical claims.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
- Ensure timely reimbursement by effectively managing assigned AR.
- Document call outcomes accurately and maintain productivity targets.
- Meet quality and performance metrics while adhering to client guidelines.

Required Skills:

- Experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare).
- Positive communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of denial management and claim follow-up.
- Ability to work in US Night Shifts.




- Immediate joiners are preferred.
