Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day waterproofing and repair activities at project sites.
- Coordinate and guide labour teams to ensure smooth work execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per instructions, and quality standards.
- Monitor material usage and report material requirements to office.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and work progress records.
- Ensure all workers follow safety rules and wear the required PPE.
- Report site issues, delays, and quality concerns to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors whenever required.
- Ensure housekeeping and discipline are maintained at the project site.
- Assist senior engineers in site measurements, inspections, and project documentation.
- Travel to different project locations across india as assigned by the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering or construction supervision.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
- Solid understanding of building construction processes, including civil site engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members.
