Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Python & Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and Python-based frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building Generative AI solutions, integrating AI models through APIs, and developing scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and AI solutions.
- Build and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or Mistral.
- Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent automation tools.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases.
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for business-specific use cases.
- Integrate AI services and models through APIs and cloud platforms.
- Work with structured and unstructured data for AI model development.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product teams,



and business stakeholders.
- Ensure AI solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment of AI applications.

Required Skills

Programming

- Robust proficiency in Python
- Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Knowledge of OOP, Data Structures, and Algorithms

Generative AI & AI/ML

- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or Hugging Face
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Search
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
- Understanding of Machine Learning and NLP concepts

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Azure AI Services or Azure OpenAI.
- Knowledge of MLOps and AI application deployment.
- AI/ML, Azure, AWS, or GCP certifications are a plus.
