JD:

- 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in manual testing of web applications.
- Strong knowledge of STLC, QA methodologies, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Perform Functional, Regression, UI, Usability, Cross-browser, and Exploratory testing.
- Experience in REST API testing (Postman/JMeter), SQL validation, and defect management using JIRA/Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
- Support production issue analysis, test workplace management, and sprint-based releases.
- Exposure to AI-powered testing tools for test case generation, defect analysis, and test optimization.
- Knowledge of mobile testing, basic test automation, CI/CD, and Xray is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
