Customer Service Associate / Senior Associate US Healthcare Voice Process
Eligibility
- Experience in International Voice Process Minimum for 2.5 years
- Minimum 15+ years of Graduation required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling inbound/outbound customer interactions
- Knowledge of healthcare claims, eligibility, perks, prior authorization, or provider services is preferred
- Willingness to work in US shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and provider inquiries via voice support
- Resolve healthcare-related issues efficiently
- Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance
- Document interactions accurately in the system
