- Conduct Daily / weekly / monthly meetings /discussions with team in order to focus/plan work, obtain feedback, address issues, allocate resources etc pertaining to all quality assurance activities.
- Assure the accuracy of patterns against specifications / descriptions and communicate any discrepancies, amendments with customers / internal departments.
- Refer to the relevant quality defect summary reports, take appropriate action after consulting with the teams, monitor the quality / efficiency of in line / end line personnel and organise training / retraining to meet requirements.
- Monitor the conduct of all audits, implement, maintain,
review and improve all quality assurance and control systems / processes to ensure product/process is in compliance with the customer requirements.
- Ensure all relevant information / records are maintained in accordance with required standards to support decision making on quality and reference Information.
- Liaison with other relevant personnel including customers and suppliers, make decisions on all product quality issues.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum of 7 years managerial experience
- Lean knowledge
- Expert knowledge in Quality standards by customer
