Celcom Solutions Global is seeking an experienced Automation Architect to design, build, and drive scalable test automation solutions for Telecom OSS/BSS applications. You will establish automation standards, integrate suites into CI/CD pipelines, and mentor engineering teams to elevate release quality.

Mandatory Skills
Domain: 10+ years in IT with mandatory experience in the Telecom OSS/BSS domain.
Languages: Strong programming expertise in Python and Java.
Tools & Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, and PyTest.
Automation Scope: Robust experience across UI, Web, Mobile, and API automation, including framework architecture and design patterns.
Reporting: Experience with Allure Reporting or similar dashboarding tools.
Infrastructure: Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms, CI/CD tools (Jenkins,



Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), Linux commands, and shell scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Architecture: Define the automation strategy and design scalable, robust frameworks for integrated telecom systems.
Framework Governance: Establish coding guidelines, build reusable components/libraries, and conduct code reviews to mentor automation engineers.
CI/CD Integration: Integrate test suites into pipelines to enable continuous testing and optimize execution performance.
Metrics & Collaboration: Drive quality metrics using Allure dashboards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize test coverage.
