Role & responsibilities

We are a US-headquartered IT services company (Microsoft technology consulting) with a delivery center in Chennai. We are hiring a Digital Marketing Lead to generate inbound leads from the US market through organic and paid channels.

What You Will Do

- SEO for our website technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword strategy
- AI search optimization improve our visibility in ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
- Run Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads end-to-end keyword research, ad copy, landing pages, budget management, cost-per-lead optimization
- Create SEO blogs, service page content, and downloadable guides
- Use AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, AI SEO tools, Zapier/Power Automate) to produce more output in less time
- Send weekly reports on traffic, leads generated,



and cost per lead using GA4 and Google Search Console

Requirements

- 3~7 years in digital marketing
- Minimum 2 years marketing B2B IT services or SaaS to US clients
- Hands-on experience running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with your own budget responsibility
- Solid SEO skills GA4, Google Search Console, keyword tools
- Expert-level use of AI tools in your current marketing work. You must show real examples of how AI has multiplied your output (content volume, campaign speed, automated reporting). Candidates without proven AI usage will not be considered.
- Excellent written English for US audiences
