High Availability Configure and maintain clustering technologies such as PowerHA (HACMP) for mission-critical applications.

Performance Tuning Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and kernel tuning to resolve bottlenecks.

Security Compliance Enforce system security standards| manage patches| and ensure audit compliance across all AIX nodes.

Automation Develop advanced shell scripts (KornShell| Bash) or use tools like Ansible to automate routine administration and deployment tasksDisaster Recovery Lead the design and periodic testing of Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity plans.
