- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, budget, and design preferences.
- Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, 2D/3D models, and construction documentation using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or BIM tools.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.
- Prepare cost estimates, specifications, and project schedules.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Resolve design and construction issues during project execution.
- Present design proposals and revisions to clients.
