- Develop and configure Rating & Billing Management (RBM) solutions.
- Design and implement rating, charging, and billing workflows.
- Configure product catalog, pricing plans, tariffs, discounts, and promotions.
- Develop billing rules for prepaid and postpaid services.
- Implement customer billing processes including invoicing and account management.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform customization, enhancements, and troubleshooting of billing applications.
- Develop interfaces with CRM, order management, mediation, and payment systems.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis for billing and rating issues.
- Optimize billing processes and ensure revenue accuracy.
- Prepare technical documentation and support release activities.
