Job Description

We are looking for an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) SND Application Support Consultant with hands-on expertise in Sales Order Management (SOM) and Inventory Management modules. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing application support, incident resolution, troubleshooting, user support, and system enhancements for JDE Sales & Distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide application support for JD Edwards Sales & Distribution (SND) modules.
- Support Sales Order Management (SOM) and Inventory Management processes.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Handle incident, problem, and change requests.
- Work closely with business users to understand and resolve functional issues.
- Support enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.




- Coordinate with technical and functional teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare documentation and provide end-user support.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- Solid experience in Sales Order Management (SOM).
- Strong experience in Inventory Management.
- Experience in JDE Application Support.
- Good knowledge of order-to-cash business processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred

- Experience in production support and ticketing tools (ServiceNow/JIRA).
- Knowledge of ERP support processes and ITIL practices.
