Role Overview

The Procurement Executive Buyer (RRD Estimator) will support the end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities by working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors. This role acts

as a key liaison between Sales, Estimation, Vendors, and RRD Plants to ensure accurate pricing, cost optimization, timely delivery, and compliance with organizational processes.

Basic Requirements

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as the role involves close coordination with

RRD Onshore Estimator teams, Managers, Vendors, Customer Sales Representatives, and Plants.

2. Strong proficiency in Google Workspace / G-Suite, including Google Sheets, Google Forms,

Google Slides,



and Google Studio.

3. Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, and ARIBA.

4. Ability to quickly adapt and work with recent tools and applications used by the organization.

5. Solid understanding of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, quoting,

ordering, and post-order follow-ups.

6. Working knowledge of Smartsheet, including opening and closing tickets, updating comments,

and tracking issue resolution.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
