Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer ELV Design with experience in the design and engineering of ELV systems for large-scale building projects. The candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end ELV design solutions, including concept design, detailed engineering, tender documentation, and construction support for commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, mixed-use, industrial, and institutional developments.

- Prepare concept, schematic, detailed design, and IFC drawings for ELV systems in building projects.
- Prepare design calculations, technical specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and design reports.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Architectural, Structural, and BIM teams.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, BIS, IEC, NFPA, TIA/EIA, ISO, and project-specific standards.
- Review vendor documents, technical submittals, shop drawings, and material specifications.




- Participate in design reviews, value engineering studies, and technical discussions with clients.
- Provide technical support during construction, testing, commissioning, and handover stages.
- Support proposal preparation and technical inputs for bids and business development activities.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to maintaining design quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant design experience in ELV systems for building projects.
- Experience in engineering consultancy, MEP consulting, or multidisciplinary design firms.
- Robust understanding of building services design and system integration.
