- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Foundit, Naukri, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline. Ensure a seemless and positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in sourcing and screening IT Professionals.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be based in Chennai.
