About the Role

TVS Credit Services Limited is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Credit team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who are fluent in one or more regional languages. Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct customer interactions through voice and video channels for credit-related processes.
- Perform customer verification, document validation, and loan application support activities.
- Conduct VKYC and Video PD interactions as per process requirements.
- Review customer information and ensure accuracy of submitted documents.
- Provide transparent and accurate information to customers regarding credit process requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Update customer details and verification status in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth credit process execution.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience during every interaction.

Mandatory Language Requirement

Candidates should be fluent in at least one or more of the following languages:

- Hindi
- Telugu
- Kannada
- Bengali

Candidates with multiple language proficiency will be given preference.
