DigiMoney Finance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Head to lead and grow our Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business.

Experience: 8-12 Years
Products: Home Loans & Loan Against Property (LAP)
Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth for Home Loans & LAP across the region.
Lead and manage all branches to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams.
Develop and manage DSA, DST, Builder, Connector, and Green Channel partnerships.
Ensure portfolio quality, collections, profitability, and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive business expansion.

We're Looking For

8-12 years of experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Proven experience in regional sales leadership and branch management.
Solid expertise in Open Market, DSA, Builder, and Connector channels.
Excellent leadership, business development, and stakeholder management skills and branch expansion.
