About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Talent Acquisition. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, and client coordination while working in a dynamic staffing and recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for IT, Non-IT, and BPO positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers accurately.
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Learn and apply sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and recruitment best practices.
- Work closely with senior recruiters to achieve hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
