- Manage civil maintenance and infrastructure activities across the IT Park.
- Plan and execute civil projects, renovations, and fit-out works.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Monitor building structures, roads, drainage systems, and common areas.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for project execution.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion.
