We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) to lead end-to-end facility operations for a large manufacturing plant/campus. This Opening for a reputed MNC Organization based at Chennai Location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations across manufacturing facilities.
- Oversee Housekeeping, Security, Canteen, Transport, Utilities, Office Administration, Horticulture, Pest Control, Waste Management, and other Hard & Soft FM Services.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, Factory Act, Fire & Life Safety, Electrical Safety, Labour Laws, and all statutory requirements.
- Manage utility operations including Electrical, HVAC, DG, Water Systems, STP/WTP, Compressed Air, and Fire Protection Systems.
- Drive vendor management, contract governance, SLA/KPI monitoring, budgeting, cost optimisation, energy conservation, and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Lead in-house teams and service partners while ensuring operational excellence, safety, and business continuity.
- Build solid stakeholder relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective facility governance.
