- Set up CNC machines (Turning / Milling) as per job requirements
- Load and unload tools, fixtures, and materials
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform tool offset setting and machine calibration
- Conduct trial runs and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure production meets quality standards and tolerances
- Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain proper documentation of production and settings
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Coordinate with CNC Programmers and Operators
