Job Title: Cluster Manager - Franchise Acquisition (B2B)

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Cluster Manager Franchise Acquisition to drive B2B channel expansion for the equities business. The role involves acquiring new franchise partners, building relationships with business owners/brokers, explaining the franchise model, and onboarding partners to grow the network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert franchise acquisition leads.
- Identify and meet potential business partners.
- Explain business model, revenue opportunities, and partnership benefits.
- Manage the complete partner onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Support partners in business growth and revenue generation.

Candidate Profile:

- 2-6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Franchise Acquisition, Channel Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in Stock Broking, BFSI, FinTech, Financial Services, or related industries preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings
