- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule second-round interviews and ensure timely communication with applicants.
- Exp in Campus Recruitment.
- Should have experience in Bulk Hiring/ Volume Hiring
- Need to travel for branch offices
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment in BPO( Voice Process)
- Robust understanding of end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interview coordination, offer generation, and onboarding.
- To work on target basis
