Career Growth Opportunity

- During the 6-month probation period, you will begin your career as a Telecaller. Based on your performance, commitment, technical aptitude, target achievements, and lead generation performance, you may be transferred to the Software Developer position upon successful completion of the probation period.
- While working as a Telecaller, you will receive specialized training designed to help you build the technical skills required for a successful career in Software Development.
- The prospect to move into a Software Developer role will be based on your overall performance, commitment, contribution, target achievements, lead generation results,



and successful completion of the training program during the Telecaller role.

Training & Service Commitment

- Candidates will undergo a 6-month Training/Probation period.
- During the probation period, submission of original certificates is mandatory to participate in the hands-on training program designed to facilitate a smooth transition into the Software Developer role.
- Submission of original 10th, 12th, Degree, and Provisional Certificates is mandatory from the date of joining until completion of the 11-month service commitment period.
- Employees must agree to a minimum service commitment of 11 months from the date of joining.
- Training reimbursement terms are applicable as per company policy.
