- Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth production and meeting quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental norms, and company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in plant management or operation maintenance.
- Strong understanding of plant operations, including machinery setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of industrialization processes and procedures.
