Key Responsibilities

- Backend Coding: Write clean, efficient Java code for data processing and system integration.
- Database Management: Design Oracle SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuning scripts.

- System Integration: Build and support interfaces linking Loan IQ with external downstream systems.

Mentorship & Leadership

- Team Guidance: Act as a technical reference point for junior developers on the team.

- Code Review: Review code to ensure compliance with standards and optimal performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Technical Skills

- Java developers with 8-10 years of experience

- Loan IQ (Good to have): 35 years of hands-on experience with the Loan IQ data model and APIs.

- Java (Must have): Proficient in Core Java, Spring Boot,



and multi-threading environments.

- Database (Must have): Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills, including query optimization.

- Tools (Must have): Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Skilled Attributes

- Domain Knowledge (Good to have): Solid understanding of commercial lending, syndication, and loan servicing.

- Communication (Must have): Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem Solving (Must have): Strong debugging skills across multi-tier financial applications.
