Eligibility Criteria
3+ Years of US Residential Mortgage Underwriting Experience
End-to-End Live Underwriting Experience Mandatory
Robust Knowledge of AUS & 4 C's of Credit
Income & Asset Underwriting Experience
Post Closing Experience Mandatory
Graduation – Mandatory
Immediate Joiners / Up to 15 Days Notice Preferred
Relieving Letter – Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Perform End-to-End Live Underwriting
• Review AUS Findings & Determine Loan Eligibility
• Analyze Income, Assets & Credit Documents
• Conduct Income & Asset Underwriting
• Handle Post Closing Reviews & Compliance
