Purview is looking for a Lead GenAI Developer with a strong foundation in Python Development and hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG-based applications. If you've evolved from a Python Developer into a GenAI specialist and enjoy building production-ready AI solutions, we'd love to connect with you.

Experience Required

6+ years of total experience
2.53+ years of hands-on GenAI experience
Solid background in Python Development
Experience building enterprise-scale AI applications

Must-Have Skills

Python (Mandatory)
Generative AI & LLMs
Machine Learning
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Pipelines
OpenAI, Claude, Llama or similar AI Models
Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus)

Note: We are specifically looking for candidates who started their career as Python Developers and later transitioned into Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines, including embeddings, vector databases, retrieval, and ranking strategies.

Evaluate,



compare, and recommend AI-ready cloud and vector database infrastructures.

Develop APIs, microservices, and integration layers to embed AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

Build model evaluation frameworks aligned with business use cases.

Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to deliver impactful AI-powered features.

Required Qualifications

Engineering Graduate (Any Specialization)

Strong Python programming and software development skills

Experience with AI/LLM models such as Claude, OpenAI GPT, and Llama

Expertise in RAG architectures and vector search solutions

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have

LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks

AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or GCP Vertex AI

Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and MLOps practices
