Role & responsibilities

- To enable service deliverables across processes as per agreed SLA
- To ensure all accounting processes in compliance with regulations and company policies
- To support in migration of process from other location to India.
- Responsible for multiple finance and accounting processes to pre-determined KPIs and SLA. Processes may include, but not limited to -
- General ledger and sub-ledger accounting
- A/R and A/P management
- Payroll & Payments
- Monthly accounting and clients reporting
- Holding subsidiary accounting and consolidation
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Variance analysis
- Budgeting and cost control
- Support for statutory accounting and audit
- Understanding the key requirements for deliverables and guiding the team for achieving the same
- Identify the operations gaps, propose to be process to the reporting manager with pros and cons evaluation,



and implementing the required process within the agreed timelines.
- Support in preparation of SOPs and process maps for the new migration
- Implement, follow & monitor a solid governance & delivery model.
- Reviewing the tasks performed by team members
- Support in migration of processes from other locations into the SSC
- Support in preparation of trackers, issue logs and MIS
- Timely escalation of issues to leader / Senior

Preferred candidate profile

Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Masters in Commerce or Finance (M.Com./MBA) or equivalent.

Work Experience

8-12 years
