Position Overview

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) North Chennai to manage and grow our business across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and expanding the company's market presence through effective territory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Doctors, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and Retail Chemists.




- Promote the company's product portfolio through regular field visits and scientific product detailing.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop key customer accounts.
- Execute company marketing strategies and promotional campaigns effectively.
- Ensure proper product availability and coordinate with distributors and stockists.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and provide regular feedback to management.
- Prepare daily call reports (DCR), tour plans (TP), expense statements, and sales reports on time.
- Conduct CMEs, product awareness programs, and customer engagement activities whenever required.
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies, compliance standards, and ethical business practices.
- Maintain excellent customer service while resolving queries and complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely product availability.
