Role Summary :

The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving secondary sales through effective market coverage, retail network expansion, and robust influencer engagement. It focuses on achieving sales targets through strong retail execution, brand visibility, and disciplined reporting through Bizom.

Job Description :

• Achieve Sales Targets: Deliver branch sales and revenue through effective planning and execution.

• Grow Market Presence: Expand customer base, enhance market penetration, and drive business growth through new dealer and retail account acquisition.

• Dealer/Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, retailers, and wholesalers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. • Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and develop the branch sales team; set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure capability building.

• Promotions & Trade Scheme Execution: Implement marketing initiatives, retail activations, and trade schemes to boost sales at the branch level.

• Operations Oversight:



Ensure smooth daily branch operations, adherence to SOPs, and strong coordination across sales, logistics, and support functions. • Inventory & Credit Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor inventory movement, ensure timely collections, and manage dealer credit discipline.

• Market & Competitor Insights: Conduct market visits to track competition, pricing trends, and customer preferences; share insights for strategic actions.

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and share periodic sales reports, maintain accurate branch records, and track performance against targets with corrective measures..

• Market Issue Resolution: Identify and address market challenges related to products, services, or customer experiences; collaborate with internal teams to resolve complaints, provide timely solutions, and implement preventive measures to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
