- Role Techno Functional Consultant / Business Analyst 2 to 5 years of Functional OR Techno-Functional hands-on experience as a consultant or analyst working with PeopleSoft FSCM 8.x or 9.x Applications, including GL, AP, PO, AM,TE & AR modules

- Having 1 or more end to end implementation experience of the above given modules
- Knowledge of Cash management module is desirable
- Having worked on Managed service projects covering the above given modules
- Having a strong understanding of finance functional process knowledge on the above modules
- Having a robust working knowledge on SQL queries and PS Queries
- Having a strong understanding of standard development methodologies (Systems Development Life-cycle) in both maintenance and implementation organizations;
- Having a strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements for systems enhancements, performing fit/gap analysis, and writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements;
- Proven skills in quality assurance,



including creation of testing scripts and test execution; Diagnose and resolve PeopleSoft related issues to ensure the accuracy of business systems
- Interact with business system users and understand the requirements, providing best possible solutions co-ordinate for development, test and delivery
- Having a good understanding in PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine, AWE, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, Crystal reports, Java and HTML
- This position requires strong analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated initiative and flexibility to meet deadlines and end user expectations
- The selected candidate should have excellent communication skills including written and verbal
