About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager Strategic Partnership to drive business growth and manage corporate relationships across General Insurance products. The role involves business development, client acquisition, strategic partnership management, policy placement, and claims coordination while achieving regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development for Health, Motor, Property, Fire, Marine, Burglary, GMC, GPA, and other General Insurance products.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Ensure retention and growth of existing corporate accounts.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain competitive quotations and policy terms.
- Present suitable insurance solutions based on client requirements.




- Leverage corporate relationships to maximize business closures and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end client servicing and policy renewals.
- Collaborate with insurers, clients, and surveyors to facilitate smooth claim settlements.
- Resolve client queries and complaints within defined turnaround timelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 510 years of experience in General Insurance, Insurance Broking, or Strategic Partnership roles.
- Solid exposure to corporate insurance sales and account management.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language is mandatory.
