1. Mercury / Windows Print Server Administration
2. Fleet Management Tool Administration from different vendors like HP, Lexmark, Label Printers & Kyocera.
3. All Office & Factory Printer Troubleshooting
4. Engaging the multiple stakeholders on Printing related issues
5. Deploying latest Printer drivers after Certification from DCON
6. Configure the multiple language Print drivers as per business needs
7. Mercury / Windows Print Server Upgrade
8. Configure Follow 2 Print
9. Configure Direct Print via Windows Server
10. Monitor the SNOW Incident Queue & IT SHOP request Queue.
11. Acknowledge and resolve the tickets as per SLA.
12. Constantly learning the current technology trends in Print Infra.
13. Contribute on Automation initiative.
