Summary

RTR (Record-to-Report) in finance and accounting leads end-to-end month- and year-end closes, including preparing journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis. They oversee balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory reporting standards.

Key Skills:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in end to end Record to Report.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or JDE ERP
- Experience with BlackLine
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and post Journal Entries (JEs) accurately and within defined timelines.
- Perform Month-End Close (MEC) activities including General Ledger review, accruals, provisions, and reporting.
- Manage Fixed Asset Accounting and Lease Accounting activities ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform Cash and Balance Sheet Reconciliations,



investigate open items, and drive timely resolution.
- Execute Record-to-Report (R2R) processes as per customer Statement of Work (SOW).
- Ensure adherence to TAT, Accuracy, SLA, and Quality targets for all assigned activities.
- Conduct self-review and validation of transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide hourly and End-of-Day (EOD) status updates on assigned deliverables.
- Interact with customers through emails and calls, providing progress updates and issue resolution support.
- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and compliance risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and process optimization projects.
- Support Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End close activities, including extended working hours when required.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and audit readiness for all assigned activities
