QA/QC Engineer Real Estate / Building Construction

Key Responsibilities

- Implement the project's Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans.
- Inspect ongoing construction activities, including excavation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
- Ensure all materials received at the site comply with approved specifications and standards.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
- Conduct stage-wise inspections and prepare inspection reports.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, architects, and subcontractors.
- Identify quality issues, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and monitor corrective and preventive actions.




- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, local building regulations, and quality procedures.
- Monitor concrete works, reinforcement inspections, cube testing, and finishing quality.
- Maintain quality records, inspection checklists, test reports, and handover documentation.
- Participate in snagging, de-snagging, and final quality inspections before project handover.
- Conduct quality awareness sessions for site engineers and subcontractors.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
