- Analyze Records: Review complex Electronic Health Records (EHR) thoroughly.
- Create Summaries: Draft accurate, chronological medical case histories.
- Identify Gaps: Spot missing documents or inconsistencies in data.
- Code Data: Extract diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plan details.
- Verify Compliance: Ensure documentation meets HIPAA and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate Daily: Work with auditors, doctors, and legal teams
Requirement / Education
- Education: B.Sc in Psychology, Bio-Chemistry, Bioinformatics, Clinical Pathology, Microbiology, Genetics, Nursing, Medical, Physician Assistant, Biotechnology, Botany Zoology and Chemistry, Life Science .
- Experience: 1-4 years in medical summaries or coding.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology.
- Tools: Familiarity with MS Office tools and typing.
- Language: Excellent written English and analytical comprehension skills
