Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and technical job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback.
- Handle offer negotiation and the onboarding process.
- Maintain the candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and resume screening abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
