Revanza Developers is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that showcases our real estate projects across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design posters, banners, brochures, and print/digital creatives for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Edit short-form videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create social media creatives for property launches, offers, and promotional campaigns
- Design site walkthrough videos, testimonial videos, and project highlight reels
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to understand project requirements and deadlines
- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
- Stay updated with current design trends and real estate marketing styles
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar)
- Solid sense of layout, typography, and color
- Ability to create reels/short videos optimized for social media
- Basic understanding of motion graphics is a plus
- Good time management skills to handle multiple projects/deadlines
