Job Description

- Provide first-level hardware and software support in a 24 7 rotating shift workplace including night shift

- Handle user incidents and service requests, following defined escalation procedures

- Install and configure hardware and computer peripherals on end-user systems

- Deliver IT support for desktops, laptops, and related devices

- Perform weekly and monthly patching activities and coordinate with end users

- Troubleshoot Windows PCs, M365, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, VDI, and VPN issues

- Support peripherals such as printers, scanners, and POS systems

- Work closely with IT teams to resolve technical issues and maintain service continuity

Qualifications
- Diploma / ITE in Hardware or Software Engineering (or equivalent)

- Basic networking knowledge (Routing Switching)

- Familiarity with SCCM (good to have)





- Knowledge of ITIL processes (good to have)

- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills

- Ability to work in rotating 24 7 shifts

Experience
- Minimum 1+ year of technical support or deskside engineering experience

- Hands-on experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft tools

- Experience providing on-site or deskside IT support

- Exposure to patch management processes
