The opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Solution Architect to help shape, design, and deliver endtoend digital solutions that support a stronger, greener power grid and contribute to a more sustainable future. You will be responsible for defining robust, secure, and scalable architectures, translating business and operational needs into technical solutions that deliver measurable value. The role focuses on cuttingedge software applications operating at the intersection of IT and OT, enabling seamless integration between enterprise systems, operational technologies, and field assets.

How youll make an impact

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to determine functional and nonfunctional requirements for current applications and platform capabilities. Define and own endtoend solution and application architectures across the full software development lifecycle. Use appropriate tools and methodologies to create architecture approaches, reference architectures, and implementation proposals, mapping business and operational needs to technical solutions.
- Guide development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring architectural intent, design principles, and standards are consistently applied. Successfully communicate architectural concepts, design decisions, and tradeoffs to technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Ensure software solutions meet quality, security, performance, scalability, availability, and modularity requirements.
- Promote platformoriented and reusedriven architectures, reducing duplication and enabling faster timetomarket. Design and govern cloudnative and microservicesbased architectures, supporting SaaS, onpremise, and hybrid deployment models.




- Embed secure software development lifecycle principles and ensure securitybydesign across applications and integrations. Assume a leadership role in adopting new technologies, executing proofofconcept activities and guiding their evaluation and production readiness.
- Drive and support AIenabled capabilities, such as intelligent recommendations, analytics, and AIassisted quality and automation solutions, ensuring enterprisegrade adoption. Ensure architecture documentation is comprehensive, accurate, versioned, and maintained across releases.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

- Required bachelors or masters degree in engineering (Computer Science, IT, Electrical, or related field) with minimum 8+ years of proven experience in solution or application architecture, software development, and enterprise systems. Strong knowledge of software and application design principles, objectoriented programming, and architectural patterns.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices. Knowledge of software quality assurance principles and secure software development lifecycle practices.




- Familiarity with UML and architecture modeling techniques, with a proven track record in producing highquality architectural documentation. Handson experience in software development and coding, using technologies such as C#/.NET, Java, Angular/React; experience with NodeJS or Python is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of webbased and cloud technologies. Handson experience with microservices and REST APIs, containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with data management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and messaging/eventdriven architectures.
- Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and SSO concepts (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect) and crosscutting concerns such as logging and monitoring. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, scripting, networking fundamentals, VPNs, and firewall concepts. Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Experience with agile development methodologies, testing frameworks, unit testing, and test automation. Exposure to DevOps practices, tools, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, infrastructure as code, automation tools). Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a technical mindset and attention to detail. Bigpicture, customerfocused problemsolving abilities. Technical mindset and great attention to details.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Ability to work in an agile and collaborative team setting. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
