Job Title: RTR Analyst.

US Accounting Experience Mandatory!!!

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced RTR qualified to manage end-to-end Record-to-Report activities, including general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, process ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute end-to-end RTR processes
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries (accruals, prepayments, provisions)
- Perform general ledger (GL) accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Analyze P&L; and balance sheet variances and provide insights
- Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Commerce,



Finance, or Accounting (B. Com, M. Com, MBA Finance)
- 1 year of experience in RTR.

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in RTR cycle and financial close process
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, basic automation)
- Experience in reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Location: Chennai, Ambattur.

Shift: (6:30PM to 3:30AM)
