We are hiring a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Agency Sales roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Agency Sales positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS.
- Build a strong pipeline of Agency Sales candidates.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-5 years of recruitment experience (Agency Sales/BFSI hiring preferred).
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
