Job Description

- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Unified Patch Management Solution across enterprise endpoints and infrastructure

- Plan, execute, and govern patch management programs within banking or regulated environments

- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Endpoint, Cyber Security, and Vendor teams

- Ensure compliance with security standards, vulnerability management, and regulatory requirements

- Manage patch schedules, change windows, and release planning aligned with Change Management processes

- Define and enforce patch management policies, procedures, and operational runbooks

- Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks related to patching and system stability

- Ensure integration with ITSM, Change, and Incident Management processes

- Lead governance forums, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications

- Support go-live, hypercare, and transition to BAU operations

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in enterprise patch management and endpoint management solutions

- Solid understanding of Windows and Linux patching concepts

- Experience working in regulated environments (banking preferred)

- Robust knowledge of Change Management,



Release Management, and ITSM frameworks

- Experience collaborating with Cyber Security and Vulnerability Management teams

- Excellent stakeholder management, reporting, and documentation skills

- PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification

- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification

- Experience with SCCM, WSUS, Intune, BigFix, Tanium, or similar tools

- Experience working with offshore delivery teams

Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager

- Proven track record delivering enterprise patch or endpoint management programs

- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure and security-driven initiatives

- Exposure to governance frameworks and executive-level reporting

- Experience working in banking or regulated industries
