Job Description

- Lead business analysis initiatives for banking and financial platforms with a focus on Virtual Account Management (VAM), Cash Management Platforms, and Liquidity Management

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across operations, technology, and product teams

- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery

- Support the implementation of Remote Cheque Printing and Remote Cheque Scanning solutions

- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user stories

- Drive UAT planning, execution, and defect management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

- Provide domain expertise and strategic input for platform enhancements and process optimization

Qualifications
- Solid understanding of corporate banking and transaction banking products

- Proven expertise in Virtual Account Management (VAM), Cash Management Platforms, and Liquidity Management





- Hands-on experience with Remote Cheque Printing and Remote Cheque Scanning solutions

- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience
- Minimum of 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in UAE banking or financial services

- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale financial technology or banking transformation projects

- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and distributed delivery teams

- Experience supporting the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering through deployment
