Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize job boards, social media, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top IT talent.
- Develop and maintain a network of candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and technical interviews to assess candidates skills and fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic advice.
- Manage candidate interactions, from initial contact through offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, and offer management.
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate recruitment reports.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.




- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to management.

Qualifications:

- 2-7 years of experience in IT recruitment or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and place IT professionals. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate job requirements and company culture effectively.
- Experience in negotiating salaries, benefits, and other employment terms.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
- Willingness to stay current with industry trends and adapt to recent tools and methodologies.
